(1) Maximum rated voltage. The maximum rated voltage is the maximum voltage under normal operating conditions. In the case of an AC power switch, an AC voltage is usually used for this parameter.
(2) Maximum rated current. The maximum rated current is the maximum current that the switch is allowed to pass under normal operating conditions. If the voltage is marked as AC, the rated current is also referred to as AC.
(3) Contact resistance. When the switch is turned on, the resistance between the two contact conductors is called the contact resistance. The contact resistance of a general mechanical switch is below 20mQ.
(4) Insulation resistance. The resistance between the specified non-contacting switch conductors is called the insulation resistance of the switch. The insulation resistance of a general switch is greater than 100Ml2.
(5) Withstand voltage. Withstand voltage is also called electric strength, which means the voltage that can be withstood between specified non-contacting conductors. The power resistance of the power switch should generally be greater than AC 500V.
(6) Life expectancy. Lifetime refers to the number of effective uses of the switch that can operate under normal conditions. Usually 5,000 to 10,000 times, the switch requiring higher quality is generally 5 × 104 ~ 5 × 105 times.
